For ppl that dont read all answers: Hold CRTL while zoning to get custom zone. If somebody says superdemand ordinance try the search button with word ordinance. If you want to get this building to grow use that superdemand ordinance that was mentioned and zone with ctr 8x6 zone. Great building for big cities. I give you 10!

you need to explain this again more clearly - no one gets what it is exactly doing!

After reading the comments, I understand the problem, no read me file. This is very usefull, I could never get anything to grow larger than 5x5 or 4x8. I love large buildings, they really help fill out that empty space.

Very nice modd also, everyone here's complaining about the sizes, but two 4x4 lots next two each other are sometimes merged to one 8x4 lot, so nothing to worry about

I find this a lot less redundant, as we keep the function of the program by pressing Ctrl and drag (hold mouse button) also achieved. THis is my opinion Kisses Gina
