This building does not show, just the base. I had it to work before, but i have since formated my hard drive and so had to reinstall sc4 and everything. Now it doesnt work!! does anyone know why this and a few other lots arent working now?

I have this building in may game since 2004 and I use it in my cities it's really beautiful.

i am facing some trouble deleting it from one of my city........it just wont go away. but it works fine in my other cities.........i don't know what just went wrong.........can anybody help me regarding this........!
