LOL yarabundi! Actually there are alot of communities like this in my area, especially apartment complexes. It's actually done for security reasons. People feel safer when there are gates keeping out unwanted visitors.

Updated this file due to the lots still showing a monthly maintenance fee, even though I had changed it to zero. I re-edited the files and double checked them in-game - the monthly fee has been removed.

I was going to make one of these but i was going to make it a TE'd gate on a road, leading into the community... if anyone wants to take this idea and make it, go ahead... i'm not going to.

Maybe if you made the walls a bit bigger, you might be able to see them a little bit better. They're really hard to see and MY sims didn't like it very much.

Agreed !! I know these kind of communities exist in the States. I've seen a documentary on canadian tv about it. I think there are few in Canada but not that many and none that I know of where I live.

This helps me so much..i have a rural city with alot of private property and private living...this helps alot!

yarabundi, there are TONS of these around my area. This would probably look cool if the gatehouse would be in the middle of a boluvard
