Due to popular demand on my CJ. This is the first lot I have uploaded onto the extchange. It is great for filling in gaps in you city like the above picture such as gaps behind bus stations or inbetween houses.

Are there any other stats associated with this lot? Such as does it increase desirability or act as a park? I think thet would be a great addition to this lot. Also I think a maple and oak set would be popular too. Thanks for uploading these

Ok I'll add a few different lots as well. I was also thinking of adding a few lots based on marrast's pedestrian walkways with more greenery, so you can create hiking trails etc. btw thanks for your comments p.s. how do i update the lot?
