The BDS Stupid Texture is designed for one use, to not show up. When you don't want a base texture on your lot for whatever reason, use the BDS Stupid Texture. If your end users are smart enough to read the warning above, they won't have the BDS Stupid Texture on their computer, and nothing will show. As a bonus, if you do play the game with the BDS Stupid Texture installed, you'll notice, because the texture is so dumb.

 

The product of 10 minutes of boredom. Hopefully this will be of use to someone.

 

There are no dependencies for this plugin.

 

There is no tech support for this plugin. It is provided to Lot Makers with no support. If it doesn't work, don't use it.

You apply it to lots and then take it out of your plugin folder before you start up SC4... that way the textures will be invisible and will show ground texture through it, not a lot texture. You see? Fricking useful!

This is great! I've always wanted the original terrain to show underneath my highway signs and such. It only looks odd when the grass under the signs is different from the grass surrounding the lot. Perfect!
