Home to the famed Springfield Tire Fire, (said to be the longest continually burning tire fire), the Tire Yard is also a great place to pick up a nice set of slightly melted Michelins, or 'real' Firestones.
This 2X2 landmark will draw sightseers from near and far bringing business opportunities along with it, making the air polluting clouds of smoke only a minor drawback.
I've included the model, the landmark description, and the landmark lot. Also, I only placed a few smoke/fire effect using the lot editor, so feel free to add or alter them as you desire. Personally, I like the nuclear meltdown smoke which spews green radiation-like particles into the air.
