Ahhhh, delicious lobster. Wish they had this returabt here in Australia. As for the lot, I love it, looks great. The only thing I'm wondering about is the demolition cost, a tad to high don't you think? 9/10

Minor Update done : I left an old version of the query in there, which interferes with other queries . If you have downloaded this, get the update, and be sure to delete the .dat file that came with the first; it is not needed.
