Dunkin Donuts  1.0

About This File

Well, this is my first commercial BAT lot. Even though I know I could probably do better, I admit this isn't a bad start.

Naturally, what's a city without a Dunkin Donuts for all those people who love coffee and donuts right?

This is growable, and it will not replace any of your lots in the game. Bulldoze cost is $85 and it provides up to 9 CS$ jobs for your sims. Not trying to be rude but just for a little stereotypical giggle there's a couple of police cars in the parking lot :).

I'll probably end up updating this lot because I'm not too happy with how the building appears in the game (choppy looking on the closest zoom - even though the model quality was high when I exported it). But of course that might be something to do with how I have the visuals set up in my game. Also included in the download is a prop of the Dunkin Donuts sign, and of course everything has working nitelites.

Anyway, I hope you all like it, and please give me your comments or suggestions you may have. :) Good luck.

I like it, however, it looks too small, or the police cars look too big....It may be just the picture though. 9

i like it! i would like to see a drive through element and a more pronounced sign, but overall it looks just like the dnd in my neighborhood.

Not bad. I think if you expanded the store a bit, maybe to fit a 2x2 lot or at very least a 1x2. I also can't recall seeing a Dunkie's with outdoor seating like that. Great job, however!

Hey Hey, more Brand name stuff.. I like to see that. Not a bad job, though next time scale it up a bit. For small buildings, you need to exagerate the size a bit for it to "fit in".

Outstanding. The 1x1 "Flower Shop" lot gets a little too repetitive, this will add a little flavor.

Thanks for the comments so far guys :). As far as the size goes, I do agree...it's a little small. I'm definitely going to update this...stay tuned :).
