I like the design a lot. Are there any plans to expand it to PedMalls?

Yes, you will find here: (below), the beginnings of the project. So many projects in progress, that I have not yet found the time to get this one back on track... it will come! So you can see where some of the textures in the sidewalk mod come from.

 

Is this at all needed if I use CP_SCILT_GobiasModernCobbleHD.dat from LEX before it shut down and if I'm using a Gobias HD sidewalk mod (specifically, Modern Cobble)? Thank you so much!

@Turnstyled .. This plugin is a sidewalk mod.. so.. it replaces the same textures as the Gobias-sidewalk! And I also propose the replacement of SCILT type textures! Damn... You have to choose: Gobias or Scoty... Scoty or Gobias...râââââh ..
