About This File

This is South-Central Baja. There is a lot of flat land that gradually inclines to mountainous cliffs on the east shore. This oddly shaped region is sized at 32X20,  which was the best option out of 7 sizes tried. It's short to minimize empty ocean tiles (sorry for those). This one has a ton of potential decoration-wise and speaking of such, there is a terrain mod that would fit this region by Heblem over here :

To install simply unzip directly into C:\USER\Documents\SimCity 4\Regions. Please, enjoy!

That's fine to me. It's not like I hate oceans. But I do hate tons of water between islands. This map is for me. Good job!
