This file has been created by peterycristi over at the now defunct SC4Kurier. There are currently plans to restore the lost content from the Kurier, but this will take some time, so, in the meantime, I, 11241036, am uploading this file on behalf of SFBT and in consultation with Tyberius06, in case it is needed as a dependency.
Short description
In 1906, the "Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits" (CIWL/CWL) or "Internationale Schlafwagen-Gesellschaft" (ISG) in German, hired the contractor and architect Kurt Berndt for building an administration office at the famous Unter den Linden boulevard in Berlin. The construction of this office building in neoclassical style with rich facade design and exquisite interior was finished in 1908.
The building survived World War II with almost no damage and served as French and Italian embassy in GDR times. After being vacant for several years, renovation works has been started in 2015, making the building usable for high-scale office and retail space. This download contains two 2x2 lots with 133 CO-§§§ jobs each, both as growable and ploppable lot.

Installation:
Copy/extract the SFBT parent folder into your plugins. If you extracted the _Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.
To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards. You can also uninstall only the growable or ploppable version by deleting the corresponding lot file.
