About This File

This is the first set in the Shmails Boardwalk series. There are six lots in this pack. They are designed to give your city a nice urban river or ocean walk.

 

Here are the lots:

Straight, Straight with trees, Straight with anchor statue, center stairs, left end with stairs, right end with stairs.

 

Each lot has the same stats:

Plop - $10

Doze - $10

Maint. - $2

Park Effect of a small park green

No pollution

 

EDIT:

I fogot to mention, the model of the tree was by Kd5rax, thanks alot, and there are no other dependencies. Sorry for the omission

 

This is the first in a series, next will be the houseboats to add to the docks (they will pay to rent the space), and some new tiles like in and out turns, and pier extentions.

Very nice but is there any funny stuff ya gotta do to the shoreline or water depth?.

Thanks all! I forgot to mention that the trees are from Kd5rax's tree models. Thanks for the models. Blackbeard, the foundation is fifty feet down so it should work for most depths, but is better in a shallow part. Start with a straight piece of beach, turns are coming soon. Thanks again.

Good Job ! Is it only possible to place it on water ? I think it will be nice to put this in the hole city, isn't it ?
