Here is the first add-on, the houseboats. There are five houseboats on 1x1 tiles. They are to be plopped in the water next to the wooden docks.
All five have the same stats:
No plop or bulldoze cost (they float in and out)
Montly Income - $5 for slip rental
No pollution
They have nitelites and a few cool props on the decks.
As always, Shmails designs are public domain and are free to do with them what you with. If you would like to see pictures of each boat, check out the "Shmails Bat Design" thread.
