Sorry man, this single building takes 12 hours to render. I do have not enough time to do that. However, this building is so bright that it may also look good in MaxisNite as well.

All 3D model programs can make building. However, some programs may be a little bit harder for that. For example, 3ds max, and Rhino are perfect programs for modeling architecture. but it doesn't mean Blender or Maya can't be used for modeling building, they are just not as handy as the former program as I mentioned.

By the way. For SC4, the only available way for you is gmax, a program that works like 3ds max.

If you want to learn how to use 3D modeling program, just find the general tutorial video on YouTube to figure out how the program works. the rest of it depends on you because Rome isn't built in one day.
