UPDATE: FOUNDATION THRESHOLD FIX, DEMAND AND PARK EFFECT- AUGUST 18/04
In addition to the St. Michael's Church I decided to build another church naming it after another favorite angel, Gabriel.
This church has the same package as St. Michael, no cost to plop and no monthly cost with only $200 to bulldoze, just like the default churches in the game. Night lights work too.
This church lot is 5X5, slightly larger than St. Michael, but that's only because I added a little bit of a plaza type setting outside the church. Benches to sit, a gazebo, a water hole, lots of trees. Of course there's a landmark effect (40,20) and not to mention high mayor approval, so naturally it's got to look it's best
