This is a fix for the Joerg AutoMobile Fab Facility 1.0 created by Joerg in 2003

It will stop the Empty Growables problem.
The lot will be found in the Landmark Menu. This is different from the original.
This lot uses the trees for the main building query. That is how the original was.

INSTALLATION:
I would strongly encourage you to delete all the Joerg Auto Fab lots in your cities before install and also the Empty Growables that may have been created by the old lot. You can find the Empty Growables by the hover query and when clicked on they show the Joerg Auto Fab menu.
Remove the JIM12x12_Joerg Automobile_2c4f894b folder and replace it with the JIM12x12_Joerg Automobile_2c4f894b 2022 fix folder
