Doesnt work.... I put it in my plugins folder and made an open grass area but nothing happend...

so, you have extract everything into the plugins folder. correct?

theres only one file

It is under "Parks" menu and is called "Open Grass Area," though the picture is as shown here. To install, unzip and add to My Documents/SimCity4/Plugins.

This kinda worries me. My pal somehow got to 1trillion (I saw it with my own eyes) And his whole computer crashed! I'm not sayin I don't trust the download, I just don't trust my computer. It sucks. Great idea though!
