make sure u extract the all the files once its in your plugins folder

It made the game much more fast-paced. FYI, my game crashed at 999,999,999,999,999,999.= error That's 999.999 999 999 999 quadrillion simoleons. One simoleon short of one quintillion! Once you reach one quadrillion, it is, for practical purposes, infinite. thanks a bunch for making this unnecessarily complicated game a joy to play. PETE

i cant get it to work i have put it in c:\users\nathan\documents\simcity4\plugins and wont work i got simcity 4 deluxe v1.610.00 well something like i rate it 5 As wont work but has worked for others
