About This File

Another little wall to wall building in Seattle's University district, just a few doors from the Gelb Building I also made.

CS$$ with 57 jobs, designed to be a middle piece in a wall to wall block so it doesn't have much of a side texture. Made this one more to scale with the actual building so it's 2x3, larger than most w2w lots, especially for a 1 story building but it's not uncommon to see a single story building among much larger buildings in large cities streets where the buildings are wall to wall and I felt we needed more of these. Also the rear of the building is on an incline so I had to improvise it a little.

Something about the roof doesn't look quite right to me so I will probably update this one too at some point.

@Rott, nice building, thanks for sharing I think I might add it to my W2W collection I have on stand by. I have never used W2W and have been hesitant on using them for I don't know how exactly. I do have the blockers ready also. I have questions on it but for now I have others task at hand. Mostly, just need to practice with them.

But anyhow, you said "Something about the roof doesn't look quite right to me so I will probably update this one too at some point." One thing that comes to mind would to go with tar roof look. I can not recall seeing may for DL. Not that is what I look for so maybe just haven't noticed. Or even rubber lining which can be may colors but mostly black or white. White ones tends to have dirt built up in the corners over the years. At least that is common in my area. Food for thought.
