You've got this down to a science. Too bad 80% of those stores will be bankrupt by this time next year. I wont miss Geico tho.

I love it! Gives the feel of a older shopping center that has been redeveloped and divided for newer stores. I really like the TGI Fridays as well. Thank you for sharing!

This is Great!! 
love the shape, variety of businesses and restaurants excited for skyzone too. 

I really like the spot between the top and bottom lot because Its very versatile, I can make the road curve, add a roundabout or one of your gas stations like Maverik as an outparcel
