yeah, it's obviously made from phillippbo's tutorial, but if you can make stuff just as good you will do fine.

Not bad, for a start. What about a vehicle testing course, possibly combined with a traffic department building. This is where they do part of the vehicle testing, issue licenses and stuff. I guess it's something different, and it would have to be civic, ploppable. Sorry I got carried away.

Looks very nice. Questions, is this CS$$? CS$? CS$$$? And how many jobs does it have? Is it a 2x3 lot or a 3x3 lot? Thanks!

sorry, it's 2x3, growable, CS$$. It has the same number of jobs as a similar Maxis building. Can't remember how many that is, but it blends.

It is taken alot from the tutorial building. After I finished the tutorial, I said, "Hey, why not upload it too?" So, yeah, it should look alot like the tutorial building.

I guess people just rate & comment based on the pictures and don't actually check if it works or if the right models are included

there are 2 models that have nothing to do with this lot and it's missing the model that is supposed to be in it

way too late to get this fixed but I may use the 2 models for something else
