A small bar fit for rural areas, a very 70s style.

It's a ploppable landmark and costs $1250

 

This is my first time using BAT, and my first custom building, so let me know if I did anything wrong, but otherwise enjoy.

Released

Changed scenery to make it more rural, as well as rendered it in high resolution.

 

It now requires PEG MTP Super Pack as a dependency.

Very good! :thumb: Took to himself. The construction of the village is just ahead. Now the sims will have a place to sit in the evening.

thank you   very nice looking in game   good choices with base textures and props for the lot   I made a CS grow lot using the same

and it looks very good  good use of the peglite prop also
