HAVOC Arty Pavillion Plaza  1.0

About This File

This 19th century style Pavillion has been re-vamped after a long period of neglect. It turned out to be a community project and

everyone in the community helped some way or another to get the pavillion back up to working order. Community artists and more well

known sim artists came in to paint the exquisite murals on the pavillion walls. There is also art work inside which is open to the public during

the summer months. Sims can come to the pavillion to relax, unwind and take in some of the culture and artwork.

This lot acts as a Museum and also a park. There are 10 exhibits to visit and 300 people can view them at any one time.

The upkeep of the pavillion is led by the community alone so costs the mayor nothing to upkeep, although there is a $5000 plop cost.

Adds some culture, history and aesthetics to any city!

ENJOY!

To install:

Simply copy the .sc4model/sc4desc and .sc4lot files into your simcity4/plugins folder, the lots will appear in 'Education menu'.

P.S. I only have the gmax render night pic, the lights should work, but i am not able to test in my game. If anyone can send me a picture of the nightlights ingame please send it to me through pm. :)

Great work. Could use a better picture in that the park in the lot itself is hard to see next to the other parks, if you know what i mean.

Morhavoc, this is by far your best work to date! I am impressed! About time someone designed a pavillion and a functional one at that! I can't wait to download it! 10/10

Nicely done, some of your best work yet. The base texture needs a little tweaking, but overall very nice.

I couldn't find any decent base textures to use that would go round it nice. You are free to edit the lot to your own preference though.
