Today, I present to you, Osaka, Japan (大阪、日本)!

Osaka (population 19.3 million) is the second largest metropolitan area (by population) in Japan.  It is located in the Kansai region of the island of Honshu.

The map is 16 x 16 large city tiles and accurately scaled based on DEM data.  It has been rotated for all you aviation enthusiasts, so that you can more easily align the runways at Osaka-Kansai International Airport in the game.

In order to install the map you will need wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer as the file is in SC4M format.
