CityBuilder234 suggested our cities needed a new Convention Centre. So here is my attempt at designing one. I thought I would make a post-industrial style building that will be both comtemporary and retain some traditionnal industrial elements, such as the red brick façade. I got my inspiration from the Museum of Tomorrow of Rio de Janeiro, the new Convention Centre of Vancouver and the revamped dockside halls of Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires.
This building is intended to be converted into a landmark using catty-cb and CorinaMarie's Landmark Converter and then be placed next to your natural SimAirport. You can download the converter from Simtropolis :
