Oooh, this is a particularly good one from you IMO. The textures go together really well, the building hits just the right balance between typical, generic shoebox store architecture and some recognisable features, and the lot complements the building perfectly.

To top it off, the building and lot size will integrate well into the game even for people who use little custom content and for whom some of the huge custom retail lots will look out of place in a vanilla-dominated environment.
