About This File

This is my latest creation. This green apartment building sits on a lively 1x3 lot, and is ready to grow in a Medium Density residential zone. It is stage 5 low wealth, and will build with most other apartment buildings of the same size (you know, the ones you see ALL the time when you first zone Medium Residential).

Included in the zip is:

1 SC4MODEL file

1 SC4DESC file

3 SC4LOT files (to make the building appear more commonly in-game, the 3 lots are almost identical)

I may be releasing more than one version of this building, including a brick version along with more vibrant colors, if this one gets good reviews from you, the people. Enjoy!

It's nice to have variety. Looks good! Could you do some tan (color)buildings?

This building looks good, but the green color does stand out. Replace it with a texture or something. Otherwise, it's great. Just a suggestion: maybe make the secondary roof a balcony...

I like the design, and I'd like the color if you made it R$$. I just don't think of brightly painted buildings when I think of low wealth housing. I wonder the same thing jtportland does, how'd those cars get there?

The only reason i made it low wealth was because that's how it got mixed into the primary apartment buildings, otherwise it would be a while before they started showing up.

PS, red, blue, and brick versions of this building are coming soon, they just need to be rendered!

I love the details. And the color...Brave, But I would have dirtied it up a little to make it more public compitable. This building is not from the Northeast. LOL 9.75

My unzipping program does not recognize the zip file as a valid archive. In other words, the zip got corrupted somehow. Any way to re-upload?

This is surprisingly, a mediterraiean/Spanish type file and would look good in that scenario alongside Heblem's Spanish Colonial set and CapitalSimCity.
