About This File

5 growable lots and 1 massive ploppable lot for the commercial buildings I’ve done for the MSM series. Lot sizes vary in size between 1x2 to 2x3 or 3x2.

The RR MSM Commercial Models ARE REQUIRED for both the prop and lot files included with this download to work correctly. I separated the two due to the amount of files.

As part of the RR MSM (Modular Strip Mall) series of buildings, these buildings are designed to fit all together by use of props to create a shopping commercial complex for your neighborhood. I highly recommend you customize the lots to your liking if you wish to do so. The included props are of the MSM Commercial Model buildings found in the dependency list below.

If you don’t want any individual lots, make sure to delete the lots folder. You can also ignore the dependency list for lot use below.

It's nice to see these stores as growable mods, but do you have any as ploppable mods?  I prefer the ploppable versions if I'm being honest.

To answer your question, no. The only reason I even did growable lots was because the lots are simple. The idea with this pack is that you can make your own shopping center with the lot editor using props- and that in turn could be plopped by using an invisible building. Props of all businesses are included and I even have a starter lot with a few select brands. One can simply expand further upon the idea by adding more or simply swap out specific brands.

I'm new to all these mods, I saw this and loved it but I think I'm doing it wrong, I got this and the brand model but all I see in my game is the poppable strip mall with Applebees and such, how do I put in the different businesses? thanks

With the exception of a few lots (mainly the education and health pack), most of these individual lots are growable only. You can however place them (or plop) with the lotplop cheat.

The lot you are seeing is likely my starter set which I threw together as an example as what one could do. You can change the businesses by using the lot editor and changing the props around.
