Yeah, I just couldn't find a way to incorporate it, so I didn't.

What about just making it own lot and just have it added with this lot as a 2nd Lot?

It's a prop. You simply add it to a lot.

Is there a model I'm supposed to download? I get a big brown box where the building should be.

Thank I will do! Lol I was gonna make a small edit to include the Fuel station and the building wasn’t showing up in Lot editer.
