i dont actually think this needs any 'roof junk' its got that hugh cream mechanical housing on the roof, all i would have done to it is place a series of large round ac vent holes along the top leading edge of the housing with fan inserts.

Very cool looking modern design, ploppable Resi's don't seem to last long in the game tho...

The shapes are a little basic but i think they form a very nice building! But just like mentioned, it needs flower pots and air intakes... and screens that separate different apartment

Wow..very cool. Maybe a few more lights,..just add some odds n ends as far as detail but the design is awesome...one of the coolest so far. :)

The texture in the pool looks a bit too artificial, and there's some lack of nightlightning, but other than that, it's stunning!

Excellent concept, and personally, I think the night lighting's fine. What you really need, though, is more texture--the beige walls just feel too flat, and the windows could use some reflection textures. No roof junk needed here, but you could "weather" the thing a bit with textures.
