It looks so fabulous I hardly dare adding my irrelevant remark on the stats: in my business deal table it acutally says it earns the city 540, not 180. Anyway, this looks so awsome I would happily have paid maintenance to have it. Superb.

Incredible! I'm so glad you tackled this project. A "10" does not suffice. Suggestion/Request: Goldiva, how difficult would it be to flip this lot (like a mirror image). Imagine putting two of these close each other so that they create a nearly enclosed Marina. TOO cool.

BTW, I appreciate the income added to the lot. After all, these places are usually either private, or people pay rents to the council for their mooring, so that's quite appropriate.
