This is Pegasus's CDK Seaport, v1.07, modified to correct a bug that prevented it from accepting incoming freight by rail unless an unspecified third-party mod was also used.
I would have greatly preferred that Pegasus himself release this change as an update, however, as of this writing he is no longer maintaining his work. So, per ST policy, I am releasing a modified version with credit. The lot, and everything on it, is Pegasus's creation. I just changed a few exemplars to fix the rail connection.
EDIT: Since PEG's lots are gone, I guess you might as well rate this one now. Pegasus has granted permission for this lot to remain on the STEX.
