think it has been done a few times already. Looks a bit bland i wont download it as i dont particularly donwload LE lots anymore. Alright work for your 2nd lot though we all have 2 start somewhere.

That is my design, I created a large and small version, and they even have the same name. Try a new idea, or at least give proper credit please!

this is typical gshmails and point two : you need to give pegasus credits!

I thought i had seen this somewhere else, it looks very similar to gschmails version, which was alot better. If you want something that people like think of something original. I am giving you a 1/10 just because you did not give proper credit which i hate with a passion.

I really don't think he did it on purpose - there's so may lots here by now you can't know all of them. I just think with the pond pack and the park lane lots you can easily create something similar yourself - with more flexibility.

Just because a lot has done before, it doesn't mean someone else can make another version. Some of you people take this stuff too seriously.

Relax guys ... we need more lot builders and they all start off fairly wobbly ... don't stifle them ... encourage them ... No reason to say excuse to CSX we all learn from one another.

Good start. Don't worry about the negative comments. I made the same mistake once too. It is easy to do with so many lots arround.

its not quite the same as yours gshmails, the one you made looks nicer but this one looks more like the resevoir around here. nice job sc4ky

After doing a SIMPLE search for "RESERVOIRS" it is quite easy to see that this one is NOT the same as the other 2 small reservoirs. Yes is is close but then again just how many ways can one do a small lot like this. Get over it, none of your deserve any credit for anything except for Peg.

I like this lot. Its simple and there are still people out there using SC4 standard. It clean and uncluttered. I also agree there are so many lots out there its hard not to copy some one elses idea.

the lot itself is okay, but unfortunatly not very original... a bit mroe detail wouldn't hurt either... not bad for 2nd lot though (my 2nd lot was way worse lol)
