you really need to put more work on your bats if you want to see some dl and good criticism. The modelling is not bad, but could improve, but the texture is horrible. and the render too, you can see the spines on the meshes, which is something new to me.

Please, consider opening a thread in the BAT section of the forum for advice and help. I believe you have capabilities to improve

Im using Google sketchup and if I wanna do a high quality model it wont render + this is my 1st building I maded for simcity 4

There are some tutorials and people that can advise you on how to pass buildings from sketchup to gmax (which is free) and maybe then do some rework there, specially regarding the textures. But I advise you to start the model from gmax altogether though, as you will get better results.
