About This File
To those that have played Tropico this building may be a little familiar. This was modelled on the guard station from Tropico(2nd pic) and is a
guard station for those areas where control is really needed. Communist regions and war regions will probably use stations like these to
watch over the populace. This acts as a police station with about the same radius as a small police station, 10 cells, 2 cars(should be tanks)
and costs up to $50 m/m with $200 plop cost. I thought there was a lack of military style buildings in the game especially for my current region,
also i wanted to make some tropico buildings. Please rate it if you like it 
This Comes in 2 lots - A Desert styled lot for those higher climate areas
- An Urban style lot for use in built up areas.
EDIT: Picture is cruddy and small.

Installation: Copy the .sc4model/.sc4desc and the one or both of the .sc4lot files (depending if you want both or not) into your simcity4 plugins folder.
