This building was built in 1974. The style of the building is that of Brutalism. This is a style that used small or no windows and stone or concrete walls. The style was more popular in France, and the northern parts of continental Europe. The building is virtually windowless which give the building a look of a large fortress. The reason behind the windowless design was to protect the courtrooms and judges chambers of outside distractions.
As of now this building is not a working court house. If anyone wishes to make it into one please feel free to do so, just let me know if you are
