Major Fantozzi isn't a Zuckerberg, but he wanted to do something good. So he decided to give away to the public all his childhood paintings, he ever completed at the age from four to seven.
Sadly no museum showed interest.
So – convinced Sims desired them – major Fantozzi brought a LUXURY MANSON and made a museum of it himself.
Now Sims they can go and watch the childhood paintings of major Fantozzi at the FOZZI FOUNDATION.
Maybe the intelligence boost of this museum isn't the highest but the lot has also a park effect and slightly reduces air pollution. So you have three different function in one lot. That may be the reason why most of the time you will see more Sims in front of this museum (breathing fresh air) than on the inside.
