I agree. I went to simcity just last night and seen old one. I quickly came back to simtropolis. BUT, I still think you could do more to the roof. Its tooo repeated with flat texture of AC unit. Love building and sign

sc4jeeks, i think it has windows, but they're hidden under the awning. I agree, the sign is thick and ugly, and the roof needs some props and a new texture. If you're doing a large, flat-roofed building like that one, it needs a good roof to be attractive.

i ran into a problem like this on an experiment of mine : the awnings cover everything. You may want to shrink them, and make the walls taller. That will show everything. Sometimes you need to exagerate these things to show in SC4.

the texture you are using for the awning is not long enough, and when it gets repeated, an abnormally large stip of black appears, (every 3rd stripe). Not bad, but needs work. (I still have the old one showing up in my cities though).

Will download if you make ploppable. The roof needs a roof texture and at least some roof junk. I would DL it but I am only interested in ploppables.

It is okay. But what I am commenting about is people like totallyunzipped that really p.o. me because they criticize our lots, but they don't make lots themselves and they don't know it is hard to make what people want. Go ahead and make a lot, totallyunzipped. It will probably suck.

What do you people want, a pool on all the roofs in sim city? Not all roofs in a real city look like they are paved in gold! Come on. I really like your lot, but I do agree on one point, needs some windows.
