This is my first mod for simcity 5 and i really not good with modding so I really sorry for not giving you guys the best mod. I look around the net to find Mod for the HQbuilding(etc Metal,oil,electronic and Trading) but failed so i decided to edit these building
What did I do:
Edit electronic , oil and metal daily profit requirement lower than default value
I tried to lower Trading Hq Requirement but it reset to default value
Instruction:
1)simcity/simcityUserData/Packages or
simcity/simcityData
2)play a region and claim a city
3)save it and quit(just like other mod)
4)Open back simcity and continue the city you save

Have Fix a bit with Unpowered and unwatered building problem for:
Electronic HQ and other Hq building that have these problem.
For bonuses of not update this mod for a long time i have put nuclear power plant packages file ... try it and comment about it and gambling HQ.
