Growable CO$$$ stage 8, 4x3 Lot
This is DuskTrooper's Larus Plaza, which is a CO$$$ with about 4500 jobs. Both versions have the same # of jobs.
It is a simple postmodern design, simple, no frills, almost neutral, but still a beautiful building.
To use a growable, simply place the growable version, as well as the model, in your plugins folder.
Do the same with the Plopable.
