I promised I'd make the HVAC unit available, and while I was at it I went ahead and added the roof access door, radio antennas, and exhaust fan units.
Simply unzip them, put the textures and model files in the appropriate places, and you're ready to go!
The antennas are all the same size, so you can resize them as you see fit. Each of the models is grouped together and sitting on the ground at 0 X and Y. You are perfectly free to reuse these and retexture them as you see fit, but the only thing that I ask is that you give me some kind of credit when you reuse them.
