All changes are made water, sewage, electricity and garbage. Increased twice….. taxes are taken from 9 percent… as far as all parts of a commercial is also increased to twice. Water, electricity, sewage ... also increased employment minimum of two times ... also have increased freight twice and goods twice.

Now we have a much better work on the game, because it will be less buildings and more worker and shoppers and our game will go smoothly… no more lags…

I also added a real population. Now you will know exactly how your buildings have a total population of workers and students Shopper. The real population will be much easier to work

I also added a low,Mid And High Tec Industrial which means you will have more Freight.. I changed everything when it comes to concrete industries. Pollution of air and soil pollution, increased garbage and I've increased employment, minimum twice..

How to install:

Unzip the files, copy and paste Origin Games/SimCity/SimCityData

which means that the consumption of water and electricity have doubled ... the point of this new RCI is that the two buildings are in one building and save space and increase the amount of people

Important thing in the existing cities where you do not have an effect. You need to start a new map or region to take effect

Im having an issue where I start a new map with your mod and nothing begins to build. It just sits at zero population no building happens until I run out of money. I have power water and sewage established, everythings connected. Just wondering if this was an issue you've heard before after loading one of your mods. I've downloaded all the upgrades you made including the RCI. Im assuming RCI would effect demand and perhaps there's a bug that causes no one to move into a new city. Any thoughts?

Update: For clarification, I'm in offline mode. I put your mods into my Simcity Data Folder, started Simcity, selected a region and map, then restarted. Then I noticed the issue. I restarted Simcity, still no building. I removed ONLY the RCI mods from my Simcitydata folder. Started Sim City and building started. That hopefully narrows down the issue to the RCI Mods. Thanks

all I can tell you is that it has nothing to do with my mods trust me. nearly 7,000 people took off this mode, no one has any problems with it...

Thanks for the quick reply I'll play around with it. Just wanted to see if someone had brought that up before. Also having a problem when adding attachments to buildings, they just disappear.

I love this mod! It is a must have. If you are going D/L just one mod this is the one to have!

Thanks

i'm giving this a thumbs down.

it's nothing personal it just doesn't work for me. I installed this mod as per your instructions, and instead of giving me more workers, it actually wants more, ALOT MORE.

SO much so I cant keep up, I built megatowers to try and fill the job placements and it just kept going north. instead of south.

so as much as I appreciate your efforts, and applaud you for your hard work, this one is a big NO from me.

You do not need to make mega tower, to fill jobs that's really stupid because the factories that high densities that are more than sufficient to solve any problem, if the problem is to have more workers to hire. I do not know what I would have told you you're obviously the only person of nearly 8000 people who do not understand this mod. Greetings

@mmorisj

Installing ALL RCI mods will make your development slow at the beginning... I commented that with Nikola. I felt that when I started using his mod but I never had zero development. Anyway, sometimes it felt like the RCI demand stalled and all classes were like waiting for one or another to "unbalance" so that the demand would rise a bit!

Right now I´m using just the Industrial mod files (low, mid, high) and didn´t install the residential and comercial mod... I get better feedback from jobs/shoppers/goods demand. The increase of freight is, to me, a huge solution to the game and I don´t need anything else :)

I have a question about the mod. Is the Pop stat detail screen supposed to show the new numbers aka the higher freight produced amounts because I've install the mod like every other mod I use and unless I'm not noticing the change. Nothing seems to change.. No increased pop, no increased freight produced from factories, nothing. I've even tried removing all my other mods to see if any in conflicting and I still don't notice any changes.

And before you ask, yes I've started new maps and regions but the mod just doesn't seem to work for me.

Any ideas why?

I do not know what to tell you mod works without any problems. Do you have any scripts in the packages folder?

But also does your mod change the pop details screen with your updated numbers or it doesn't and I'm just not noticing any change?

Well, I thought your mod wasnt working for me as well just like KilojKilo saga. However, I was just testing it using low residential zone with single houses. To me, the population looks fine, 8/4/4, however, the tax is till $9. I was about to give up, when I decided to check the other residential buildings and is everything working pretty smoothly, including taxes and everything else.

Thank you Niko.

ps. could you pls check if houses low density are set to $9 to you? or is just me?

Hey Nikola, first of all, very nice mod.

Now everything works until I start a new region and then everything is back to the default game.

Any suggestions?

Hello Nikola,

First of all, nice work on this mod. One of the best tweaks this game needs. Indeed the relation between population/shopping/freight/workers is quite insane in the original game.

But I cannot use the mod all the time. Actually, it seems to have its own will.

I did everything you wrote: dowloaded all the files, put them in the SimCityData folder, copied both the script files to the /package folder... At first it worked fine, but when I turn on the game again, the mod seems to simply stop working! All the values are back to the original ones - like the freight produced from 1 factory being 60 instead of 600.

You can see in the screenshots below:

15ysxut.jpg

25k63yb.jpg

Both the script files are the ones original from the game. I have the new complete edition that come out last month, running on a Windows 7 64bits.

Regards,

EDIT: I just tried a few things and figured out a way that the mod works in my SC.

If I copy and paste the two files in the SimCityData folder and start the game right after, the mod works smoothly. But when I close the game and open again, it simply doesn't work. I need to copy and paste the files again, and THEN it's normal. It seems that the program change in some way both the script files and make them useless.

Any thoughts?

My 2 cents (even if I don't use this mod):

Maybe try with Origin in offline mode?

Or just set these files read only (with right click, Properties, General tab, Attributes at the bottom)?
