When i bought this game, i thought great, new game. But im constantly having problem with never enough workers, never enough garbage collection, people keep dying, too quickly,...and no hands on manufacturing, like in simcity 2013. In all honestly if i could get a refund i would,... Just my thoughts on it...

I see your using project orion there is your problem right there, because your building outside the original 2k boundary, roads don't conform to the terrain,..the joy's of playing a game with small map areas. i'm sure someone will come along with a suggestion on ways to get the road to follow the contour of the terrain,

I would stay away from messing with the megatowers part of this, otherwise you will have major issues with it. And this is my personal opinion, but I wouldn't go near with Nikolai's mods with a 50 foot barge pole, I had nothing but trouble with his mods, even after I tried it with just his mods. I game, no go. This effectively was a game killer for me. I rarely play simcity anymore because nothing works properly, and is buggy at best....good luck.

It did not work for COT either, at least not for me. (No offence but you could have chosen a better user name, in this heightened climate, terror strikes fear into the hearts of men, and username, is really inappropriate, again no offence intended,)

good job, most new games are getting faster and bigger so you will need a half decent card

I have a lot of problems running mods, mostly these and nikolai's mods as well....prob one reason why I basically stopped playing SimCity because I couldn't get things to work correctly....

I never got them to work at all...no errors, no crash. Just limited to 3 landmarks

I found no matter what you do, the residents sook if you use a population increase mod in the mega towers doesn't matter who's mod you use. so I stopped using it. actually I haven't picked up SimCity for a while, it's ironic, I spent 350$ on upgrades and barely use my pc these days...lol.

I noticed if you use a mod to increase the population in the mega towers. Everything turns to shite, so I stopped using mods for the megatowers

Try plopping a freight depot and see if that helps.

Personally, I didn't go near it till it was taken offline, yes the maps are small and no you can't create your own regions but with the advent of extended 3k mod it does help. There are a load of mods for this game, that will enhance the game, you don't have to play with others...I don't play well with others, hence why I'm a single player lol If I were you, I would get the trial version and see if you like it, at least then you will know. I played 2k 3k and small bit of 4k and now 5. I only 5 is better than 4 but each to their own... Word of advice though, if your intending to play on a lower end gpu, don't. Otherwise the game will freeze and the only way out will be a hard boot.. Good luck.

Well if the card is old, maybe save a few pennies, and when you have enough upgrade, believe me it was worth it. My upgrade cost me 350$ I'm Australian so stuff is much more expensive here, tech wise. but that was more 4gb more ram double the power supply output and dx11, 2gb video, my card is mid range...your going to find your card won't be able to play the latest games...
