Very nice, BATs, BUT:

The lots are quite large, 9x2 or 10x2 as far as I can tell from the pic. These are called "mega-lots", and of course require special zoning. With only 250 occupants, they are very low-density actually, and it is quite possible that the game will subdivide the lot. So these don't house the masses, neither they are stable. So I would suggest make them more in line with the ingame stuff: Make new models, with a LODshell width of 32m (or just 16m?). That is they should grow in a W2W (wall-to-wall) arrangement. Of course the models should look OK either when grown alone or W2W. So the length of the combined "building" would be determined by the player. And of course, the number of occupants should be increased, to match the ingame competitors. Wayward Appartments and Der Kuube Apprtments are the ingame medium-sized Euro-style tenements (Der Kuube is larger than Wayward). There are some 1-tile wide W2W appartments too, I think these ones should be modded to match either of the two. Refer to simcity_1.dat for detailed statistics.

And please, post the lot sizes and zoning requirements (low/medium/high-density) in the lot description.

I've been inside one of these in Saratov.

I do not know how to identify low / medium / high-density.

Good idea in your message, but it is unlikely it can be implemented so that it was aesthetically beautiful. My priority - full control tension visualization BAT`s in game. I use blocker Maxis buildings and i have no problems with growth. Without blocker, I had no problems with the appearance of the lot too.
