how to install it?

hi sirs....i really want this map but when i install it all i see was SEAS SEAS and SEAS...i tried to edit a city and elevated it and saw that there was really a terrain formation...but when i increased the elevation it increased too much that the water part that should be there was turned to a plain land....please help...i really want this map... MABUHAY PILIPINAS..

do you have the SC4M file that we can import instead of the PNG?

guys sorry newbie here.  Just downloaded the map and has 4 files.  which one do i install? ive tried all 4 and here is what happens. file "a" nothing, file "config" nothing, file Philippines - 16 bit too large.  Needs to be 1025x1025 only, and last file nothing also
