Released

Fixed the bug related to the landmark effect: its property was not correctly defined and, therefore, when placing the monument in the city, it did not have the expected effect.

In this version, the correct landmark effect property (0x2781284f) was added by @carlosmarcelo with the intensity indicated in one of the images.

So nice. I wish i can enjoy that view from that statue over rio one day. I doubt i ever will though ;-( . But therefore i have your landmark now and i can build a nice sugar leaf and a jesus statue. (althought that was geographical uncorrect.) 100/10.
