About This File

Water tower based on a design by the architect Kröger in Metz, France, following the neo-roman style imposed by the Emperor William II to remind the German architecture. This tower which was used to supply water to the steam engines was erected in 1908.

I like it, looks great to me! Question: There are three SC4Desc files and one SC4Lot file in the download, but no model file - is that correct?

True, there is no model ... so we just get an empty square with some trees ...
