This mod will mod the data view graphs to display more colors then normal. It will also make the data more reliable as well.
These are the changes I have made to the views
Water/air pollution: added a Insane pollution value that will be purple in color when your city gets very very polluted.
Garbage: Added a Inconceivable value that will be purple when a tile gets a crap loud of garbage.
Radiation I have completely re did this thing as it was awful and not reliable at all so I have added low, Moderate, High,and of course Insane values. That will be displayed when appropriate.
Traffic congestion: I added a Insane congestion value that will be used only when your traffic is awful.
Other change include: modified the Color ramped settings, added new text sayings such as Moderate etc. There are to files the Pollution data view .dat and the Traffic congestion mod .dat place either one or both in your plugins.
