Thanx for updating these great looking buildings.I dislike growables but these I'll try.

It's residential so it really can't be anything but growable. Ressies don't plop well... at least not for me.

these look just like the houses I lived in at college (near Phily). Great work!

Um. These aren't Stage 6. They're Stage 1, independantly confirmed in both the Reader and the Lot Editor. Just thought you might want to update your info...

These look good, i was waiting for the update, thanks for these great looking small residential buildings, the more the better.

Very Nice! If you make a few more, I would suggest finding the tutorial on creating families. That way you could just have one lot, that pops up with a randomly selected house. Keep up the good work!

I see 4 lots--are these all growable? Are there ploppable as well?

cool. always looking for new townhouses for the center city area.

I really like these but they are a stage one and they pop up every where. The above duplex is the only one that shows up, the other has the lot and trees but no duplex. Other than that, I love them but please fix so I can use them again.

the population is only 2 people in them atleast make the population the same as regular houses

Nice design, but too low of a population. I had no choice but to delete this off of of plug-ins folder. But really nice job on the design!

I have had trouble with the house graphic actually showing up in game. only the white ones have shown up. I am attempting to reinstall these to see if that helps. so far i get nice lawns but no houses.

Lot 3 wants to use "Philly Duplex-0x6534284a-0xad2dca28-0xad67aab1.SC4Desc", while lots 2 and 4 want "plugin tree or bush.dat". As a result, only lot 1 works, Hopefully this lot will get fixed, as otherwise they rock.

Though, of course, I don't really like that they're stage 1's, as they look a little big compared to others in that stage. :)
