About This File

Hi at all..

In these files I changed the level of employment in the various commercial buildings in the game. In some cases I did not change nothing, in other I doubled or tripled the value of employment.

I tried to make, by mine point of view, the game more realistic, (and more balanced).

Let me know what you think about these...

1) You have a double negative in your summary
2) The pics will annoy the English-only speaking people
3) ..... cheating ;)

Maybe, but I do. The circled thing says number of employees, the simoleons you should know, land value, water and electricity. All the terrain value factors are "low".

I try to explain (and waiting your comments maybe can help me during gameplay...)

1) It's my fault: when I plan my city I build a big lot of same type with different values (big commercials are $$$, $$, $$) and wait until it's fully filled.
2) Sorry... Next time I can put a text field with explaination in english (I'm italian and my game also...)
3) ... cheating ;) (a little...) :P

too many harsh comments, clearly the intention is to reduce the amount of commercial needed in a city, which does make it more realistic.... you might notice most REAL cities dont have the rediculous amount of commercial zones required in simcity... you people are nazi scum like 90% of the time, stop criticizing so much... that said, i dont fully understand how this works because of the poor english and so i wont be downloading it... but still its a great idea and id love to see it developed further, or just explained a little better lol, keep up the great work :)

Many thanks!!

You made goal! My intention was to reduce the volume of the space in the city occupied by the commercial building, but don't reduce the number of employs workers, so I increased the number of workers that each building can employ. These "mod" work only with standard commercial buildings: if you download a newest commercial building (for example from simtropolis ) these mod do not works for these building.

Sorry again for my poor english... I'm trying to improve.

P.S. To do these mod I have edit the "occupancy" value for all commercial buildings, using "ILives Reader"

ok ive tested this and can confidently say it works great and reduces the commercial demand, but not so much that its a problem, i dont understand the low rating, this mod is perfect and does exactly what it claims to, great work :)

If you don't want to cheat, then play the actual game without mods or anything. See who is right.

Anyways, love this. I did need more jobs and I didn't had enough since my city was filled and the cities around, too.

I like this very much. I am always adding buildings with high job counts. This will help to stop doing that :)

Great mod idea.

Thanks for this :)
